Battle Of The Gods Slot Machine

So stick around and read our full review of Battle of the Gods if you want to find out more about the rules and the universe of this powerful slot game…
Bear witness to the battle of the immortals
Battle of the Gods sets the mood right from the start with a titanic design that is meant to strike the players’ eye as soon as the game has finished loading.
The overall game screen is rather dark, with an olive-coloured background and marble-like Greek ornaments framing the reels. The name of the game stands ominously at the top of the screen, with the command buttons located right under the reels.
Combined with a striking symbol design representing Gods and Titans ready for a fight, Battle of the Gods goes all-in and does a great job at catching your attention, while being pleasant to look at. A balance that many games could not achieve.
The rules of engagement
One does not simple ventures onto the battlefield before doing a little research and preparation ahead, and this is what we are here to do in this section.
Battle of the Gods features five reels of three symbols each, which is a classic setup, and 25 paylines on which to bet. Use the (+) and (-) buttons in the lower command bar in order to adjust the number of activated paylines and the size of your own bet. Keep in mind that bigger bets mean bigger potential rewards along the way as well. Hit Spin to set the reels into motion, and cross your fingers.
For a maximum effect, click the Bet Max button and all 25 paylines will be activated at once. You can also give the Autoplay mode a try. The game will be set on autopilot and the reels will spin on their own, placing the same bet every time, until you decide to switch back to the regular play mode. All your winnings will be transferred to your credit total automatically.
Basic paytable
The starting symbol menu of Battle of the Gods contains a total of eight reel symbols, which can be split into two armies.
The Gods symbols feature a blue background and include Poseidon, Hestia, Uranus and Chaos. They are here to fight for their rightful place on Mount Olympus, and the ensuing battle is guaranteed to be epic.
The Titans are the contestants and come into battle to knock the Gods off their thrones. They are represented in the game by Chronos, Rheia, Gain and Coeus. You will recognise the Titans thanks to the red hue of their symbols.
Divine bonuses and extras
Battle of the Gods introduces several classic Bonus features, in addition to more original options. For instance, landing five Gods in an X shape right in the middle of the game screen instantly awards a 5x Bonus win.
The Wild symbol is a classic, both extremely valuable and also able to replace any basic symbol to allow you to score extra winning combinations. The Temple icon acts as a Scatter, and you need three of them anywhere on the reels to win Free Spins.
The free games are also a bit different in Battle of the Gods, with two different modes available. You start in Gods mode, with an unlimited number of Free Spins. The reduced number of symbols spinning on the reels ensure greater winning possibilities, at no cost at all for you. But as soon as Atlas, the first of all Titans, appears on reel 3, the game switches to Titans mode. You now have only eight Free Spins left, unless Zeus himself shows up on reel 3 to allow you to revert to Gods mode. Each Free Spin mode features extra Wilds as well.
An epic battle
Battle of the Gods definitely lives up to players’ expectations, if they were expecting an impressive and ambitious clash between immortals disguised as a video slot game.
The Bonus modes are a bit tricky at first, but nothing that a little practice cannot beat. Hurry up and go try Battle of the Gods, you will not regret it.
