Multitimer Slots
What’s better than one classic fruits slots game? A new slots game which combines several games in one – and that’s just what Multitimer does!
If you’ve ever played and enjoyed timeless classic such as Holdtimer, Steptimer and Oldtimer, you’re bound to recognise some of the features on Multitimer. This game is a greatest hits compilation, taking the best out of all of those classics and bringing them all together into one super-slot.
But will Multitimer make you wish that it had simply run out of time altogether? Here’s a review of Multitimer and what features you can expect for gameplay…
Betting on Basic
You can start on Mutitimer by playing the basic game; this will only cost you one credit per spin and there’s one payline in play.
To increase your winnings, look out for the star symbols. If they appear together on reels 1, 2 and 3 – in any position – you will pocket 20 credits.
There’s a handy Auto Hold feature too, which freezes any reel which looks as if it may be in a promising position. You can then spin the rest of the reels and you will have a better chance of matching a winning line.
The Auto Hold feature can be released by hitting the Reset button. This only releases it for that spin so it will be available again from the next turn.
If you want to use your winnings to play the top game, pressing the Save button will allow you to transfer them. Alternatively, pressing the Collect button will allow you to keep what you’ve won.
Choose Your Colour to Win
Once you decide to move onto the top game, you’ll be playing with a bigger stake but just how much you spend is up to you. There’s a variety of choices and to make your pick easier, each comes with a colour:
Yellow
Played on five paylines, the yellow option will cost you 10 credits to play. For the extra money you’ll get the chance to use the Hold feature for a single spin, just as you may have played in the basic game before.
Green
Another 10 credit bet, you won’t get the chance to use the Hold button but the number of pay lines increases to 10.
Orange
For 20 credits you’ll have access to both the Hold button and 10 paylines.
Blue
Spend 20 credits on blue and you’ll have 10 paylines in play but the jokers become active too. Spin any jokers on reels 2, 3 or 4 and you could bag yourself a mystery prize of up to 600 credits.
Red
This is the highest bid available and adds the Nudge feature. This allows up to two nudges to increase the amount of winnings per spin. Choosing red will cost you 40 credits.
You can collect your winnings at any time by returning them to the meter on the basic game. You can also switch back to the basic game at any time you like.
Practice Makes Perfect!
Multitimer offers a whole host of different options for play and even experienced gamers may be wondering which colour to choose.
Luckily the clever folk at Simbat also include a fully playable demo mode in Multitimer, which means it’s possible to practise until your heart’s content without spending a single penny of real money. Given a virtual bank balance to blow, you can try out all the different options in demo mode until you know which strategy works the best for you.
Playing for fun is also a good option for newbies who aren’t sure about playing for real money straight away. The chance to practice and perfect before you go live is a handy feature than could be useful for all players.
Clever Combinations
Picking and choosing from classic slots can be a risky strategy but Multitimer manages it well. Collecting the best bits and combining them together has created a multi-faceted slots game which is complex enough to please the more experienced players while still offering simple gameplay for the newbies.
The buttons are bright and bold, and the paytables are clear so you’ll always know exactly what you’re playing for. There’s no fiddly toggling to choose your bet either when you play on the top game, there’s a button for every colour so it’s easy to pick and choose.
Take a trip back into the past today and try Multitimer, you won’t be disappointed.
