Think James Bond and you’ll be on the right track with this game – which looks to recreate espionage and high tech action on the reels. Unusually for a Saucify title, this game is a 5 by 4 grid, with the extra row of symbols giving you plenty more potential for winning combinations. The main attraction is a free spins feature round – which comes with a multiplier for your wins. Like all Saucify titles, this is a slick and professionally produced game. I particularly like the way that it resizes to fit your screen, as this is ideal for play on an iPad or Android device.
Drama is the key word as far as the graphic elements go. Colours are bright and bold, and the action theme is apparent in every symbol used. Max himself (who looks a little like the late Paul Walker to me), his arch enemy Ivan Dracanov (great name!), guns, bombs and gadgets make up many of the symbols. Dramatic music plays in a loop in the background. The one let down is the tune used for winning combinations, which does not quite seem to fit with the rest of the game. Animations appear when you win, most of these are basic – though they do contribute to the intense feeling that Saucify are trying to get across with this slot.
Only having one free spins game is a little disappointing, though the 2x multiplier makes it possible to accumulate some decent wins during this bonus game.

Max Cash – Conclusion
I’m seeing this slot as a missed opportunity. The graphics and setup – and the general intensity of the game – are really well put together. At the same time there is just not all that much going on. It is like Saucify has deliberately made this slot feel exciting, only to give no proper outlet for that excitement during play. This would be easy enough to fix. Just one or two add-on features, perhaps a pick-em game or some dynamic on-reel action, would really make a difference.
As things stand this is still an entertaining game with great graphics and smooth play. I can’t help thinking about ‘what could have been’ while enjoying this one though. Check it out for yourself soon!
