Dice Winner Slots
The only two words that can accurately sum up Dice Winner, that being “speed” and “reactivity”, as playing this slot machine from Novomatic certainly takes a bit of both. The game is a bit minimalistic, as it’s played on the classic 3-reel, 5-payline screen, and comes with the classic symbols you know and love. But beneath the service what players will find is wall-to-wall action, with Dice Winner being a game that let’s players win big and win fast.
What is bringing this game to the table is its pure speed, as Dice Winner is quite possibly the snappiest online slots game around. There are plenty of bonuses included in the game that enhance the gameplay too but, at the end of the day, is Dice Winner a “winner”? Check out the review below to find out!
In the Hands of Fate
Dice Winner is a pretty compact game, where you need to make choices in a split second. Despite all this the graphics and the atmosphere of the game are still top notch.
The reels, buttons, dice and everything else on screen appears to be encased in a deep red frame. It makes the whole thing look like a casino table game. While the screen isn’t bogged down in extra details, it leaves you with a smooth and sleek game that looks and feels professional.
Ready to Roll
The symbols are also quite minimalistic. They work with the colours around them to be the centre of attention. There are six red dice to look out for, numbered one to six and found below the reels. To the right of the reels are multiplier indicators.
There also a golden stopwatch at the top right and the gamble switch at the bottom right. It’s a lot to pay attention to, sure, but the game is put together well enough to make it easy to manoeuvre.
Chance After Chance
The user interface within Dice Winner makes the game incredibly easy to play. The paylines are all active all the time, so no need to worry about fiddling with them. Just press “Start” or activate “Auto-Play” to get started.
Each time the reels stop you’ll have the chance to hold one of them in place by pressing the hold button. While you do need three matches to win, getting two matches triggers the auto-hold feature, which keeps the reels in place for you. This gives you even more chances to win and means the game features one of the best parts of slot machine strategy; whether you should hold the reels or not.
Vintage Novomatic
The “Gamble” mini-game is a vintage Novomatic feature, so it’s no surprise to see it here. Novomatic stepped up their game though and implemented it into the reels. When playing the “Gamble” mini-game you have to guess the colour of a card to double your money or lose it. The Spade and Heart icons are right next to the reels and flash after you get a win to draw your attention to them. There really is a lot going on in Dice Winner, which makes the game amazingly fun to play.
Beat the Clock Sprint
Finally we come to the stopwatch. After each spin the stopwatch displays a random number that you need when playing the Cash Unlimited feature, but first, let’s break down the symbols of Dice Winner. The game features, in ascending order; cherries, lemons, oranges, plums, bells, grapes, red sevens, watermelons and the star.
There are also two special symbols. The first is the dice, which act as scatter symbols. If you land three of them anywhere a large red dice is cast. The number it lands on is the number of free spins awarded, while there’s also a chance to get a multiplier decided by another a dice in a similar fashion.
Last but not least, there’s the stopwatch symbol. Lining up three of these triggers the Cash Unlimited feature. It’s quite simple really; the amount shown on the stopwatch is how much money you win.
Rolling a Dice Winner!
Dice Winner is a Novomatic game with a lot of action-packed gameplay and bonuses in the mix. Throw in the classic graphics and you’ve got a lot of fun at hand. Some players may find themselves wishing the symbols were a little more original, but there’s enough fun and originality in the gameplay to get people rolling the dice and spinning the reels.
