Superstar rapper Lil Baby is no longer facing charges after getting caught bringing a firearm into a Las Vegas casino. The Clark County District Attorney confirmed it will not pursue legal action against the Atlanta native over the incident that took place at the Wynn Las Vegas in August.

While the Lil Baby has a concealed carry permit in his home state of Georgia, it doesn’t extend to Nevada. Casino security spotted the 29-year-old removing a gun from his waistband, putting it into a bag, and handing it to one of his acquaintances.
Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department officers apprehended Lil Baby and seized the Glock handgun and 17 rounds of ammunition. The star claimed he forgot to remove the gun after performing in a nearby nightclub.
