BetMGM is now the official provider of sports betting odds for The Associated Press (AP). The partnership, announced on Thursday, will see BetMGM’s odds and lines appear in relevant AP content. The publisher will still have full control of all content.
AP Director of Global Text and Commercial Products Barry Bedlan emphasized in the announcement that BetMGM is a “dependable and credible” provider of betting information for its audience.

BetMGM Chief Revenue Officer Matt Prevost said that the chance to partner with AP is special as it is a “leading global news source that billions around the world rely on for the most up-to-date coverage.” He believes that this agreement will help BetMGM expand its reach.
Including odds in its content won’t be a first for AP; the news outlet said in the press release that it has showcased betting lines for over three decades now.
