Miami-based gambling brand Betr has inked market access deals for its online sportsbook in Colorado and Kentucky, and its first iGaming entry agreement for Pennsylvania.
The deals make it eight states the Jake Paul-owned operator has cemented its footprint in since the start of this year. Betr plans to roll out its V1 Sportsbook in seven of these states in 2024, including Indiana and, upon securing its sports betting license confirmation, Maryland.
The firm will launch its V1 Sportsbook ahead of the 2024 NFL season, with the beta version currently live in Ohio, Virginia, and Massachusetts.

Pennsylvania gives Betr its maiden iGaming state via The Cordish Companies. The brand intends to launch its Betr Casino brand when state gaming regulators give it the thumbs up. Cordish Gaming Group President Rob Norton stated: “Betr Casino will make a winning addition to the gaming options available to Pennsylvania players.”
To access Kentucky and Colorado for sports betting, Betr partnered with the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians, and Boulter Developments, respectively.
In a press release, Betr’s Founder and CEO Rob Norton stated the new sports betting deals will give “Betr Sportsbook the opportunity to reach over 17% of the U.S. adult population by the end of this year.”
