According to the American Gaming Association (AGA), it’s also been a record-breaking first half of the year, with revenue reaching $32.7bn, making it almost 12% greater than the same period in 2022. AGA CEO and President Bill Miller remarked that the sector is “on track for an unprecedented third consecutive year of record revenue.” He noted that the post-pandemic recovery was not down to luck, adding that he thinks communities will continue to benefit from the success.
