Kai Cenat is back streaming on Twitch following a week-long ban for “simulated sexual activity.” Rumors had been making the rounds that the suspension could cause the popular streamer to make the move over to rival streaming platform Kick.
He has received numerous bans from the Amazon-owned platform in the past.
The 21-year-old received a seven-day suspension on April 17 due to his actions during a Grand Theft Auto (GTA) role-playing (RP) session. The New York native’s offense was “repeated explicit simulated activity in GTA.” He has received numerous bans from the Amazon-owned platform in the past.
Following the news of the enforced break, Kick streamer Adin Ross tried to tempt Cenat over to Kick. Several big-name creators have made the move in recent months. Major music star Nicki Minaj also reacted to the news of the ban, calling on Twitch to “let the boy rock.”
Cenat is one of the hottest content creators on Twitch. He recently held a record-breaking 30-day subathon, gaining more than 300,000 subscribers and surpassing Ludwig and Ninja’s all-time records.
