With the FIFA World Cup 2022 only four days away, BetMGM has unveiled former US men’s national soccer team goalkeeper Tim Howard as its celebrity brand ambassador.

As BetMGM’s latest celebrity pitchman, Howard’s remit includes player and member engagement at public and VIP events, both in-person and virtually. The former Everton and Manchester United custodian will also make guest appearances on traditional US broadcast media and feature in BetMGM social media content.
In a Tuesday news release, BetMGM’s chief revenue officer Matt Prevost said Howard’s heroics on the soccer pitch “thrilled a generation of US soccer fans.”
Prevost added that with the retired goalkeeper’s support, BetMGM “will bring a similar level of excitement to our customers through various games and interactive opportunities.”
