Taking advantage of strong growth
GiveMeSport (GMS) has been approved for a vendor license by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE).
The license will allow the sport publisher to drive affiliate traffic from its website to sports betting partners in New Jersey. GMS has already negotiated a number of affiliate deals that will go live in the coming months.
Rick Waterlow, managing director at GMS, has spoken about how excited the company is to start operating in the New Jersey market. He said: “We are thrilled to receive this vendor license and to be able to partner with New Jersey-licensed operators to help drive traffic to their sites.”

He went on to discuss how GMS will be utilizing the large amount of data that its parent company, Bragg Gaming Group, holds to drive high-value players to its sports betting partners.
Waterlow also said that GMS would be an ideal partner for sportsbooks in the state due to the company’s strong presence across multiple social channels.
Expansion continues
The Bragg Gaming Group is expanding across the burgeoning legal sports betting market in the United States. Its first entry into the sector came in 2019 when it signed a deal with New York State’s Seneca Gaming Corporation in partnership with Kambi Group.
One of the reasons for this impressive growth was due to GMS completely revamping its web platform. This new website, designed to focus on delivering high-quality content, resulted in faster loading speeds and a better video experience. The type of content on offer varies from short, humorous articles to long-form pieces.?
Sports betting in New Jersey
The New Jersey market has been the leading light since the ending of the federal ban on sports betting in May 2018. In 2019, New Jersey battled with Nevada on a monthly basis when it came to sports betting handles.
According to estimates, up to $500m was generated from the sports betting market in the Garden State in 2019. There are 24 online sportsbooks and casinos currently operating in New Jersey.
