Obviously, the game plays in more or less the same way as the $50,000 Pyramid slot with the main difference being that the Jackpot is bigger, better, and bolder.
On the Reels
The game features 5-reels and 15 adjustable paylines, and you can adjust your line bets from 1 coin all the way to 100 coins per line. The symbols in the game also stay true to the theme, and they include the $100,000 Pyramid Logo, the Winner’s Circle, Mystery 7, Contestants, Celebrity Star, Gold Bars, and the usual playing card values that run from 10 through to Ace. Even this poker cards have been beautifully crafted to match the game’s theme.
The graphics are not all that, but did you really expect anything more from a game based on the 1981 TV show? If anything this game’s graphics are nicely in tune with the game’s era.
Reassuring Features
The $100,000 Pyramid symbol is the wild symbol and it therefore substitutes all other symbols on the reels apart from the Winner’s Circle, which is the scatter.
You can win the 100,000-coin jackpot when 5 $100,000 Pyramid symbols appear on one line. The jackpot prize cannot be multiplied by your line bet.
Other than triggering the Free Spins bonus, having 3 or more scatters (the Winner’s Circle) will win you amazing multipliers starting with 5X your total bet for 3 scatters, 10X your total bet for 4 scatters, and 15X your total bet for 5 scatters.
Winner’s Circle Bonus
Watch out for the Winner’s Circle symbols, as 3 or more will activate the bonus feature where you will be provided with a pyramid that you must climb to the highest spot, just like on the television show, for your reward of free spins and multipliers.
You will start off with 2 free spins and 1X multiplier. You are then provided with 5 picks with each pick revealing an advance arrow, multiplier, additional free spins, or extra picks. An advance arrow in this case is the best pick you can get as it will take you to the next level up the pyramid.
Note that if you triggered this feature with more than 4 Winner’s Circle bonus symbols, you will be awarded with more extra picks and advance arrows than normal. Overall Entertaining Slot
This slot is not so different from its predecessor The $50,000 Pyramid slot, but it of course has some extra advantage like the obvious $100,000-coin jackpot. It is a medium to high variance game, meaning you will have few small and regular wins but once you land on a big one you will really enjoy the outcome. This slot somehow retains its charm and I rank it up there with the likes of Da Vinci Diamonds Dual Play, also an IGT slot.
