Arizona Treasure Slot Machine
What do we know about the 48th State? Well, we know that its capital is Phoenix, which is widely known for its arts and culture scene, and we know that its landscape is a mix of desert and forests. Basically it’s a tough part of the US to pin down and categorise, which is part of the reason why we love it so much.
Genesis Gaming have created Arizona Treasure, a rip roaring 5-reels slot machine which pays homage to the Wild West heritage this part of the world has… and it has done so in a spectacular fashion. From the imagery that lines the 5 paylines to the soundtrack that plays throughout, nothing has been overlooked.
If you’re ready for a showdown and to have a quickfire duel with the baddest villains in Arizona, you’ll need to fire up a round of Arizona Treasure.
Yee Haw!
The Grand Canyon, or something very similar, looks to be the home of this little setup, giving you more than enough cover to scope out any outlaws that may be wanting to prey on the weak and vulnerable in this here town.
Users will feel immersed in their very own western, with a brilliant white steed as their companion upon their journey; it promises to be as epic as it does hard, and the tiles go a long way to prove that. Just look at the various features!
Swinging Saloon
No cowboy would be without a watering hole to wet their whistle, and Arizona Treasure isn’t one to disrespect that life choice, in fact, one of their middling value icons is a bottle of whiskey and some shot glasses. The ideal beverage for any red-blooded male about to risk his life for the greater good. Five matches will get you a nice 60 credits, but three will see that amount drop to a much lower 15, and none of the amounts vary depending on your bet size.
Should you be looking for the culprit with the most money, that would be the sheriff badge wild that comes in at a chunkier 200. Don’t get confused with the other wilds knocking about, for there are two more that come into play once the free spins trigger; the basic wild (that’s the badge) pays and subs other icons, while the other two hint at what you can gain in the bonus round.
The scatter symbol with the accompanying Arizona Treasure logo will activate a series of 5 extra spins should you get over three of them, and if they appear on either the second, third or fourth reel. When this happens you need to decide between two wilds: the horseshoe and the bag of gold.
Initially it won’t reward you a thing, but if your chosen tile appears more than the other, the rounds can be retriggered, which then leads to multipliers being added to those extra spins.
Looking for Treasure
As with almost every slot machine out there, this game keeps its controls underneath the reels to give an uncluttered feel. What this means, aside from being user friendly, is that everything is connected and in one place.
Customers can bet from as little as 0.01 along each of the paylines they have active, meaning their stake can be extremely low, even more so if they choose to drop the number of active lines. The ‘Bet Level’ box has an up and down arrow to help you set those totals. As for setting the paylines, there are minus and plus symbols next to each of the marked lines, you need only click if you want to add or remove them.
There isn’t a ‘Max Bet’ button available here, but there is an ‘Autoplay’ option, with a number of settings you need to adjust prior to the automatic reels starting, such as the number of waves you want to be played, and when the reels should stop. It’s very simple to adjust to your needs, meaning you get down to gaming a lot quicker.
Ride ‘Em, Cowboy!
Arizona Treasure is a brilliant slot machine from Genesis Gaming, though we expected no less from such a respected brand. It is true that the variance and features here leave a little to be desired, but the meatiness of the free spins and multipliers soon makes up for that fact.
